Recover a Lost Account

Updated Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 4:14 AM

If you've lost access to your Static Shift Racing account, we may be able to help you recover your progress.

This process can also be used if you've lost access to a Guest Account. Because Guest Accounts aren't linked to identifying information, we may not be able to restore access to the original account itself. In some cases, we may instead be able to copy your progress to a new account.

Recovery is handled at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

1. Find your old Username

You'll need the Username of the account you lost access to.

Make sure the spelling is correct. Usernames aren't case-sensitive, but we must be able to locate the account using the Username you provide.

If you don't remember the exact Username, provide as much information as you can when contacting Support.

2. Create a new SSR Account

If you can no longer access your old account, create a new Static Shift Racing account before submitting your recovery request.

You will need to provide the new Username to Support.

Before continuing:

  • Register the new account in SSR.
  • Link an email address to the new account so it can be recovered more easily in the future.
  • Be aware that any existing progress on the new account may be erased and replaced if we recover your old progress.
  • In cases where we need to copy progress to the new account, your old Username may not be recoverable.

3. Gather information about your old account

We'll ask for information that can help us determine whether the account was yours.

You don't need to remember everything. Provide as much as you can to the best of your memory.

Useful information includes:

  • Whether you last played on Android or iOS
  • Approximately when you last accessed the account
  • Approximately how many cars you owned
  • Any Premium Cars you remember owning
  • Approximately how much Cash you had
  • Approximately how many Credits you had
  • Any other account or progression details you remember
  • Purchase receipts or order numbers, if you've previously made purchases on the account

The more accurate information you can provide, the better chance we have of verifying ownership.

4. Double-check your Usernames

Before submitting your request, carefully check both your old Username and new Username.

If we can't locate the accounts using the information provided, we may need to ask for additional details before we can continue.

Request Account Recovery

Once you've created your new account and gathered as much information as possible, submit a request through Support with the information above.

Providing account information does not guarantee recovery. We'll review the details provided and determine whether we're confident enough to recover or transfer the account progress.
