Account not found

If Static Shift Racing asks you to create a new account, or says that your account cannot be found, your old account has not necessarily been deleted.

Use the same sign-in method you used before

Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, and Continue with Email are different sign-in methods.

For example, if you originally created or linked your SSR account with an email address, select Continue with Email. Selecting Continue with Google or Continue with Apple may create a different, new account instead—even if you use a similar email address.

Try each sign-in method that you may previously have linked to your SSR account:

• Continue with Email — use the email address connected to the old account.
• Continue with Google — use the Google account linked to the old account.
• Continue with Apple — use the Apple account linked to the old account.

Signed in to a new account by mistake?

Log out and return to the login screen, then try the sign-in method used by your old account. If you get back into your old account, you can link another sign-in method from the in-game account settings to make future access easier.

Still cannot access your account?

If you cannot access the email, Google account, or Apple account linked to your old SSR account, follow our account recovery guide. You will need the old account username and any account details you remember.
